Safeguard AWS global infrastructure, devices, and sites in a high-volume Security Operations Center operating 24/7/365. Integrate vulnerability assessment, threat detection, and mitigation across user behavior, networks, devices, and software.

• Manage high-severity security events, identify and triage incidents, coordinate escalations, and drive root cause analysis and threat mitigation.
• Created the department’s first operational chatbot, SOCbot, and identified multiple AI solutions. Developed machine learning programs intended to address three company blockers; approval is to be sought.
• Identified three viable approaches to known-device false-positive WIDS alarms; implementation is pending.
